Lobby

One two-player table open per stake tier. Take a seat, and the game starts the moment an opponent takes the other: the operator throws the opening dice and the higher die moves first. Every checker you move is checked on chain as you play it, and the whole game can be re-verified from the chain alone afterwards (the verify page). See the rules for the clocks and what the chain does and does not enforce.

How long does a game take?

A ply is one transaction — your move and the operator's roll for your opponent together — and it counts the moment its block is in, about 10 seconds. A typical game runs fifty to sixty plies: about 20 minutes against the bot, plus your opponent's thinking time against a person. You have at least three minutes for each move; every move costs your wallet one transaction fee in DUST.
